Inspired by her own strong desires to serve and make difference near and wide, Janine found her life’s purpose through being coached and coaching others. Janine brings to the world a combination of laughter, connection and compassion with sharp authenticity and candor to bring the “love with lightning” in her coaching. Like lightning, Janine seeks high energy spots on this earth to strike change in the world. It is through this contagious energy that clients will seek her out to get and BE more of that fire in their own lives…their way!

Janine’s life experiences have tested her in many ways. Janine lost her brother to a 2-year battle with Leukemia when he was 21. She was 19 years old, and began running marathons and triathlons to raise money with Team In Training for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society to make a difference in the lives of other families and in research. In recent years, Janine has supported other family members’ physical struggles from her mother’s breast cancer to her father’s brain tumor.

One of her passions is competitive athletics, and she is a 4th Degree Black Belt in Isshinryu Karate. She is an avid runner, a “Tough Mudder” and loves a good physical challenge. Beyond the eustress of athletics, Janine has experienced the distress of infertility. After years of many treatments and procedures with the support of her husband, the courage and determination paid off. They are the proud parents of three children – two through IVF and then a “miracle baby” naturally. Janine balances all that ‘doing’ with ‘being’ by enjoying yoga, spa visits and nature. Janine loves all things outdoors including running, hiking, skiing, scuba diving and fishing. Her favorite quote is “The most wasted day of all days is one without laughter.” -ee cummings. These are just some of the examples that enable empathy for her clients while supporting all that is possible for them.

Janine graduated from The Pennsylvania State University followed by 14 years in the corporate world with experiences varying from research, to procurement, to human resources. Janine’s interest in coaching sparked from working with senior team dynamics and development. Her keen insights and stellar candor have benefited individuals and teams alike. Janine is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) through the Coaches Training Institute which involved 116 hours of coursework and an intense 6-month certification process. Janine has been coaching corporate professionals since 2010 (over 12 years of experience after her corporate life). Janine also heavily invests in her own coaching to grow and evolve, and she brings those tools and insights to her clients as part of everyone’s “continuing education.”

She is a member of the International Coach Federation and is credentialed as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). She is a seasoned coach and facilitator with a wide variety of clientele including CEOs, senior executives, small business owners and “non-corporate” people looking to fall in love with their life more or play their best in this game of life.
